Terms of use
What to expect when using the app, including monitoring limitations and paid access.
Prepared for the coming-soon app · 12 October 2026
Purpose and limits
The app connects approved caregiver devices for room sound and optional video. It is not a medical device, an emergency service or a substitute for in-person supervision. It does not diagnose crying, measure sleep or guarantee uninterrupted monitoring.
Responsible use
You are responsible for placement, power, permissions and network access. Keep the nursery device and cable out of reach and its app open. Check sound before each session and respond to warnings. Use the app only with the consent and rights required to monitor the space.
Access and subscriptions
Continuous monitoring requires paid access. Monthly and yearly plans, prices and renewal terms are shown by Apple before purchase. One baby station supports up to two concurrent approved parents. The setup sound check is not a free tier or an offer of a subscription trial.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew according to the terms presented by Apple unless cancelled. Manage cancellation, billing and refund requests through Apple. Restoring access requires the relevant purchase account and verification.
Availability
Connections depend on compatible software, device resources, permissions, power and networks. Both devices must remain on the same Wi-Fi network, which must allow local device connections. Mobile data and monitoring away from home are not supported. Internet access may be needed for purchase, restore and access verification. Do not rely on the app as your only way to identify an urgent situation.
Your content and rights
Use only room pictures or other content you have permission to use. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Apple’s standard licensed application agreement applies where relevant.
